Eventually, the interface can be modified to allow hotlinking between KB external objects (such as text files) and KB content. How is an experienced user going to remember the pathname of this FAQ on a filesystem that frequently undergoes reorganizations? How can someone who knows that information in the FAQ is highly relevant to a predicate that they want to use, yet they can't locate that precious 6 month old email message?
